Knights of Columbus is a Catholic, family, fraternal benefit society of Catholic men, founded by Bl. Fr. Michael J. McGivney on March 29, 1882, whose members are dedicated to the principles of charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism.
Becoming a Knight of Columbus is not about doing something, is about being someone, responding to the call by putting faith into action in service to the Church and each other.
